Obtained from beef and lamb, respecting our own recipe, unchanged for years, they are very appreciated due to their juiciness and unmistakable taste, given by the enticing aroma of lamb meat, which sets the tone in this mix. The unmistakable taste and flavor are given by the best quality meat, seasoned only with natural spices (garlic, thyme, pepper, hot paprika) and then left to mature. Storage temperature: 0..+4 C. Consume within 24 hours of opening the original packaging. Product packaged in a protective atmosphere. Leave for 5 minutes after opening the tray. Cook before consumption. Do not consume raw.
