Leave the pies at room temperature for about 30-40 minutes, then bake the pies in the oven for 20-25 minutes, at 200°C-220°C.
About the producer
Brutaria Bardar is located 20 km from Chisinau, in the heart of the village of Bardar. We are located in a picturesque area, known among other things, for the beauty of the tulip fields and the magic of the lake with water lilies. A place with old rural traditions that inspire us to create wonderful artisanal products, especially "Poale-n brau" pies.
Thus, in almost 20 years of bakery, we have managed to combine traditional recipes with modern technology for preparing and preserving products. A good part of the production process is manual because this is the only way we can give our products the traditional shape and taste.
Storage conditions
Store at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Aluat (63%): faina alba de grau, apa, ulei vegetal rafinat de floarea-soarelui, zahar, sare, drojdie, ameliorator (faina de grau, faina de soia, enzime, agent de prelucrare a fainii: acid ascorbic).
Umplutura (37%): branza grasa de vaca (lapte normalizat pasteurizat, fermenti lactici selectionati, cheag), oua, sare.
