Description

You're reading an Auto-translation.

Feteasca Alba is a dry white wine, floral and fruity, which reminds of the smell of dew-pearled grapevine through its aroma. Fresh and balanced, the taste is characterized by amplitude and expressiveness, adding notes of vanilla and almonds that come from fermentation and batonnage in barriques. With a persistent aftertaste, helped by the residual sugar, this wine keeps the freshness of the grapes from which it comes, which gives it a special finesse. The terroir plays an important role in obtaining this special wine - sun exposure, soil, manual cultivation. A special wine is tasted with special people!

Serving recommendation

To be consumed at 8-10 degrees Celsius.

It is recommended to consume the wine with white meat, fish, cheeses, fruits, dessert.

About the producer

Crama Basilescu is the oldest winery in Dealu Mare, with a history and tradition of over 100 years. And as any great creation is born from a divine feeling, Basilescu wines have woven their origin from the beautiful love story between the young Aristide Basilescu and the young lady Aglae Saint Georges de Posingen, a descendant of a family documented since 400 AD. Their love was a blessing for the viticultural activity of Urlati. During that period, they started collaborating with the Capsa restaurant and Maison de Champagne St. Marceaux & Co. The wines obtained from the Urlati vineyard were also used in the production of the famous Champagne Nicolae Basilescu & St. Marceaux & Co.
