Pan: Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil to the pan. Add the frozen vegetables and fry over medium heat for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Microwave: Put the frozen vegetables in a bowl. Add a tablespoon of oil. Cook at 600W for 11 minutes. Stir before serving.
