Primitivo Quatro Passi Villa Degli Olmi Dry red wine

Primitivo Quatro Passi 1.5 L Villa Degli Olmi, Catifelat, Baglio al Sole Primitivo is obtained from Primitivo grapes grown in the vineyards of Salento. They are harvested only when they reach the optimum level of ripeness, then they are carefully delivered to the winery where they are subjected to a selection, to be gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, for 14 days. This is followed by malolactic fermentation, which is carried out spontaneously. Finally, the wine is filtered and bottled. Baglio is a wine with an intense red color, with violet reflections, a complex aroma with hints of ripe fruit and spices, with an elegant body. Harmonious and persistent, Baglio al Sole Primitivo is an ideal accompaniment to red meat dishes, game and aged cheeses.
