Caltabos de porc Mangalita is a Romanian Christmas specialty made from Mangalita pork, Mangalita pork fat, rice, onion, black pepper and salt. All these ingredients are tied in chisca (the traditional name of the membrane used) and boiled. The result is a homogeneous and tender product. The resulting preparation, balanced and tasty, can be consumed together with other ZIMBRIA brand products along with mustard. 2-4 degrees C, to be consumed within a maximum of 5 days of opening the package without exceeding the expiry date BAKED-COOKED PRODUCT
