Covurlui cheese is made according to the recipe of our grandparents, especially of Tataia Gică. His passion for animals and the recipe acquired from generations, together with the strict attention to hygiene in the cheese factory, make this cheese, sweetened in salt, an exceptional product, full of flavor and with a high nutritional value! These are made from whole milk, from our own farm.
