Franciacorta Berlucchi Rose 0.75 l, Berlucchi ’61 Franciacorta Rose is a sparkling wine that pampers the taste buds with the most vibrant aromas, being a full-bodied, refined, elegant wine with exceptional acidity. Known for its intense pink, bright and crystal clear, Berlucchi ’61 Franciacorta Rose offers vibrant notes of berries. After the grapes are harvested, they are gently pressed, followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The maceration of a few hours of Pinot Nero on the skins (pink maceration) emphasizes the aromas and the shade of the grape variety. This blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay matures in the bottle for at least 24 months. With an intense pink, Franciacorta Rose has a bouquet with elegant notes of wild berries and ripe fruits, beautifully mixed with subtle nuances of yeast and bread. The taste is refined and elegant, with exceptional acidity and full body. Perfect as an aperitif, it can be combined with various cold cuts, crustaceans, first courses and fully matured cheeses.
