Ostart Complex Ca + Mg + Zn + Se + D3 film-coated tablets is a balanced combination of minerals, trace elements and vitamin D3. Their intake is essential for maintaining the general well-being of the body, during growth in children and adolescents, as well as for supporting physical performance and the body's recovery during convalescence. Children 5 – 12 years: 1 tablet per day. It is recommended to break the tablet along the score line to make it easier for children or people with swallowing difficulties to swallow. Children over 12 years and adults: 1 tablet twice a day.
