Description:
Advil Ultra Forte contains ibuprofen as its active substance, which belongs to the group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (known as NSAIDs) and are used to relieve pain and reduce inflammation and fever.
Advil Ultra Forte 400 mg contains ibuprofen in liquid form, thus absorption is at least twice as fast as with tablets. This leads to a rapid onset of pain relief, with a long-lasting effect of up to 8 hours.
The soft capsule contains a high dose of the active substance ibuprofen in liquid form, which is rapidly absorbed and, as a result, begins to take effect within a short period of approximately 10 minutes.
Advil Ultra Forte is used for the relief of mild to moderate pain, osteoarticular and muscular pain (including tendinitis, bursitis, sprains, strains), as well as non-rheumatic joint pain, back pain, headaches, migraine (treatment and prevention), rheumatic pain, neuralgia, dental pain, dysmenorrhea, fever reduction, and for the relief of cold and flu symptoms.
This medicine is indicated for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
You should stop treatment and consult a doctor if your symptoms worsen or do not improve after 3 days for fever and 5 days for pain.
