BauckHof ECO Gluten-Free Turmeric Bread Mix

The organic bread mix with turmeric GLUTEN-FREE is made from oat flakes and seeds sourced directly from the Bauckhof mill. We ensure gluten-free quality with extensive analyses in the factory laboratory. The wonder bread -Wunderbrod Gold- contains neither flour nor yeast. The GLUTEN-FREE turmeric bread mix is the most beautiful variety; its golden color comes from millet flakes, golden flaxseed, and a hint of organic turmeric. The oat flour is certified gluten-free, and the large quantity of seeds provides protein and omega-3 acids. The bread is rich in fiber, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, and manganese. It contains potassium, iron, and zinc. Preparation is very simple: the mix is just stirred with water, needs to soak briefly, and then can be baked immediately. To activate the seeds, the dough can soak in the refrigerator overnight, if necessary. No bread machine is needed; a simple loaf pan is sufficient. But the bread succeeds even without a pan. Preparation method:

1. Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, then pour 500ml of cold water over it.
2. Knead the dough well and place it in the refrigerator for 3 hours or even overnight.
3. Remove the dough from the cold and place it in a greased pan with dimensions 25cm x 10cm.
4. Using a moistened scraper, arrange the dough well and smooth it.
5. Place the bread in a cold oven and, without preheating, set it to 200°C (top and bottom heat) and bake for 80 minutes. After baking, remove it from the oven, immediately take it out of the pan, and then let it cool.

Flour and doughs are not intended for raw consumption; they must be heat-treated before consumption.

Store in a dry and cool place.
