Wohlrab mushroom mix from forest and meadow mushrooms. Dried mushrooms are the ideal ingredient for a variety of meat, vegetable, and pasta dishes. The drying process gives them an intense flavor, and a wide selection is also available out of season. Wohlrab dried mushroom mix consists of porcini mushrooms, yellowfoot chanterelles, and champignons.
Preparation: before consumption, place in boiled water and leave for 15 minutes, then drain the water. Afterwards, use them like fresh mushrooms. 30g of mushrooms are equivalent to 300g of fresh mushrooms.
Store in a dark, dry, and cool place.
