Cooking instructions

Place the closed bag on a plate, with the seal on the back facing up, without opening or piercing it. Put the container in the microwave and start it for 7 minutes. After cooking, remove the plate and bag from the microwave. Caution: touch the bag only at the ends as it is very hot and wait 2 minutes before opening it. The cooking time must be increased by 1 minute for every 100 watts of lower power.
Pan: Pour the frozen artichoke into a pan, add a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and two of water, a pinch of salt and the desired flavors (garlic, parsley). Cover and cook for 8 minutes, turning occasionally. Consume after cooking.
