Orogel Frozen Artichoke Hearts

Cooking instructions

Place the unopened bag on a plate, with the seal at the back facing upwards. Put the plate in the microwave and cook for 6 minutes. Once cooked, remove the plate and bag from the microwave and wait 1-2 minutes before opening. Pour the artichokes into a bowl and use as desired. The cooking time should be increased by 1 minute for every 100 Watts of power less. Warning: do not open or pierce the packaging before placing it in the microwave. Once removed from the microwave, the bag will be very hot, only touch it at the ends.
Pan: Pour the frozen artichokes into a pan with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and two of water, a pinch of salt and the desired seasoning (oil, garlic, parsley). Cover and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. The cooking time is approximate.
