ECO Beetroot

Beetroot is a root vegetable with a sweet, earthy taste and a deep red color.

Usage:

Beetroot has an incredibly wide range of culinary uses, both raw and cooked. In addition to being used in salads, sandwiches or soups, we can also process beetroot into rolls or drinks. Raw beetroot is often used in salads. Add extra flavor with garlic, horseradish, cabbage, apples, oranges and walnuts. Boiled beetroot is used to make salads with sour cream, mayonnaise, marinade, etc. Both types of salads are a good addition to roast beef. For boiled young beetroot, simply add salt, sprinkle with lemon and butter and it becomes a good side dish for those who do not like sour salads.
