Ubomi Caffe Crema Whole Bean Coffee

The roasted coffee beans were grown on coffee plantations. Caffe Crema is 100% Arabica.

 

 

Acidity: Each coffee bean naturally contains fruit acids, as coffee is a fruit. You will usually find more acids in Arabica beans than in Robusta. The same applies to the roasting level. In lightly roasted coffee, acids are more pronounced than in dark roasted coffee. However, this acidity is not a sign of poor roasting. On the contrary, they give the coffee a pleasant fruity taste. Coffee with high acidity will be appreciated by lovers of spicier and refreshing flavors. For those who prefer a spicier cup, with a full aroma and a hint of chocolate, we recommend opting for coffee with low acidity.

Roasting level: The roasting level will tell you how strongly the coffee beans have been roasted. In general: The lower the roasting level, the more pronounced the coffee's acidity - a fresh fruity aroma. The higher the roasting level, the more pronounced the coffee's aroma - a strong coffee aroma with notes of chocolate.

Taste: Coffee with a lower taste value has a more delicate and simpler taste. Coffee with a higher taste value has a complex and multi-layered taste. However, the number of recognizable aromas is always decisive.

Intensity: Determines how intense the decisive aromas appear in coffee. It's not the number of aromas that matters, but how strong and intense they are tasted. The higher the value, the more intense the taste.

The coffee beans are harvested and then slowly roasted in drums at a maximum temperature of 210 °C for 20 minutes. This gives the beans time to develop their intense aroma and harmonious taste.

Usage

Grind the coffee and prepare it according to your preference. We recommend it for preparing coffee in an automatic coffee machine, a lever coffee machine, or a moka pot.
