We associate carrots with rabbits and a healthy vision. We add them to soups and dishes, because they have a pleasant taste, are affordable and easy to prepare. We recently discovered the baby carrot variety, which is sweeter and more aromatic, and we started to cook them as a side dish. Although so common, carrots have many beneficial effects on our health.
