Preparation suggestion:

Depending on the desired recipe, the fruits can be used either frozen or defrosted.  
Defrosting: place the frozen fruits on a plate and let them defrost, at room temperature, for about 2-3 hours. Alternatively, you can leave them to defrost overnight in the refrigerator.
