Edenia Frozen Broccoli

Broccoli is an amazing vegetable with many benefits for the body due to the nutrients it contains.

By freezing, the broccoli florets retain their intense green color, but also their special flavor and taste. In addition, they contribute to the daily portion of health, due to the important contribution of vitamins A and C.

Do not thaw before cooking.

 

Edenia vegetables are cleaned, carefully sorted and quickly frozen within a few hours of harvesting, thus considerably reducing the loss of vitamins and nutrients.

Cooking recommendation

Pot:

Add the frozen product to a pot of boiling water and leave on medium heat for 6-8 minutes from when the water starts to boil again.

Pan:

Add the frozen product to a hot pan and stir constantly over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. 

Microwave:

Remove the frozen product from the bag and place it in a heat-resistant container with a lid, add 2-3 tablespoons of water, put the lid on and place the container in the microwave at 850 W. Heat for 3-4 minutes, stop the microwave to stir and heat again for another 3-4 minutes. After removing the product from the microwave, wait 1 minute before removing the lid. Stir before serving. Do not refreeze after thawing!
