Use the parsley without defrosting it, close the box carefully and put it immediately in the freezer for later use.

About the producer

Orogel, a company that values and promotes the highest quality Italian products. The story begins in 1967, when eleven producers passionate about fruit and vegetables from the Cesena area decided to become partners and financed the COPA Cooperative.

3. Safety of the products: Each product, from a simple frozen vegetable to ready-to-eat dishes, is constantly monitored and controlled, with detailed analyses and an advanced IT traceability system.

A leader in the production of fresh frozen vegetables, Orogel wants all stages of production to remain and be carried out in Italy. It also encourages sustainable farming methods and production processes - "We have a network of factories to reduce as much as possible the time it takes to get from the field to the freezer. Not only is this something we are extremely proud of, but it also guarantees that each product is frozen within hours of harvesting.
