Description
We prepare green beans with great care so that their freshness, slightly sweet taste and vibrant colour remain intact.
Cooked without defrosting, the beans retain their taste, colour and crunchy texture. They have a high protein content and a very low fat content.
Do not defrost before cooking.
Edenia vegetables are cleaned, carefully sorted and quickly frozen within a few hours of harvesting, thus considerably reducing the loss of vitamins and nutrients.

Cooking instructions:
Pot:
Add the frozen product to a pot of boiling water and leave on medium heat for 6-8 minutes from when the water starts boiling again.
Pan:
Add the frozen product to a hot pan and stir constantly on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Microwave:
Remove the frozen product from the bag and place it in a heat-resistant container with a lid, add 2-3 tablespoons of water, put the lid on and place the container in the microwave at 850 W. Heat for 3-4 minutes, stop the microwave to stir and heat again for another 3-4 minutes. After removing the product from the microwave, wait 1 minute before removing the lid. Stir before serving. Do not refreeze after defrosting!
