Edenia chopped and portioned spinach is a fantastic choice for quick, nutrient-rich meals. Sourced from Belgium, this 450 g frozen spinach is rapidly frozen just hours after harvest to lock in its intense flavor, vitamins A and C, iron, and fiber. It is incredibly convenient as you don't need to defrost it before cooking—simply heat it in a pan, pot, or microwave.

Edenia frozen spinach retains its characteristic intense flavor and is rich in nutrients important for a balanced diet.
Only good things can be said about spinach: it contains iron and beta-carotene and is an excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin C and fiber.
Do not thaw before cooking.
Edenia vegetables are cleaned, carefully sorted and quickly frozen within a few hours of harvesting, thus considerably reducing the loss of vitamins and nutrients.

Cooking instructions:
Pot:
Add the frozen product to a pot of boiling water and leave on medium heat for 6-8 minutes from when the water starts boiling again. Pan:
Pan:
Add the frozen product to a hot pan and stir constantly over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Microwave:
Remove the frozen product from the bag and place it in a heat-resistant container with a lid, add 2-3 tablespoons of water, put the lid on and place the container in the microwave at 850 W. Heat for 3-4 minutes, stop the microwave to stir and heat again for another 3-4 minutes. After removing the product from the microwave, wait 1 minute before removing the lid. Stir before serving. Do not refreeze after thawing!
