Edenia fruits are fresh, washed, cleaned, sorted and preserved by the most natural, safe and efficient method: quick freezing.

Picked at full maturity and frozen immediately after harvesting, Edenia fruits can be used both frozen and thawed. They are ideal both in sweet dishes, main courses or consumed as such, after thawing.
The fruits come from the best varieties, with the most intense and delicious taste and through quick freezing, individually, fruit by fruit, they keep their vitamins and nutrients intact and the taste is perfect, of fully ripe fruits.

Cooking instructions:

Depending on the desired recipe, Edenia berries can be used either frozen or thawed.

Thawing: place the frozen fruits on a plate and let them thaw at room temperature for about 2-3 hours. Alternatively, you can leave them to thaw overnight in the refrigerator
