Composition. The active substances are: lidocaine hydrochloride and cetylpyridinium chloride. Therapeutic indications.
Calgel is indicated during the teething period for the relief and soothing of pain associated with teething. Calgel also possesses mild antiseptic properties.
If symptoms persist or worsen after 7 days, you should consult a doctor.
Dosage and administration.
Apply a small amount of gel, approximately 7.5 mm long (about 0.22g), to the tip of a clean finger, and gently massage the affected area of the child's gums. If necessary, administration can be repeated. At least 2 hours must be waited before reapplying the product.
Do not exceed 6 applications per day.
If you use more Calgel than you should
swallowing difficulties may occur following excessive use of Calgel, but the doses at which these effects appear are very high and even in the case of incorrect use, they are very difficult to reach.
Precautions.
