The veal chop with bone is a delicious piece of meat and can be prepared in various ways to highlight its taste. Here's how you can cook the veal chop with bone:
Baking:
Preheat the oven: Heat the oven to a high temperature, around 230-250°C.
Seasoning: You can massage the chop with a mixture of spices, such as salt, pepper, garlic powder, aromatic herbs or any preferred spices.
Searing: Heat a heat-resistant pan over medium-high heat and fry the chop for 2-3 minutes on each side, until it browns nicely and gets an attractive crust.
Baking in the oven: Put the chop in the baking tray and continue baking in the oven for about 10-15 minutes for a medium-rare chop, depending on the thickness and your cooking preferences. For a better done chop, leave it for longer.
Meat thermometer: If you have a meat thermometer, it can be useful to check the internal temperature of the chop. For a medium-rare roast, the temperature should be around 60-63°C.

Refrigerated product Class A. Storage temperature: between 0°C and 4°C. Cook before consumption. Vacuum packed. Colour and smell may be influenced by vacuum packaging. The product will regain its natural colour and smell within 15 minutes of opening. Consume within 24 hours of opening the packaging.
