Gold Kiwi

Gold kiwi has a yellow and hairy skin and a very juicy, refreshing, intense yellow pulp. Its taste is much sweeter compared to the standard, green kiwi.
Usage:
Kiwi tastes best when fresh. The best way to eat kiwi, if you don't want to eat it with the peel, is to halve it and scoop out the soft pulp with a spoon. Kiwi can also be dried.
We can make compotes, cakes, fruit desserts, jams, it can be used to decorate desserts and cold kitchen products. Recently, kiwi has also been used to make juices or to mix cocktails. We can also use it as a filling for pancakes, or to add to yogurt or ice cream.
