Use
Pomegranate is most often consumed fresh, after removing the peel. It can also be prepared as fresh pomegranate juice by mechanical pressing. It is used to prepare fruit desserts and cakes or puddings, marinade, glaze, ice cream and garnishes.
In the kitchen, it is mainly used to cook poultry, grilled meat and fish dishes.

Storage
