The extra virgin olive oil with lemon is characterized by its yellow color, accompanied by lemon peel flakes. Its aroma is fresh, fruity, with a pronounced lemon taste. The citrus taste of this oil is excellent for flavoring salads and main meat dishes, but it is also perfect for accompanying fish-based dishes, such as octopus and potato salad, as well as grilled and baked fish. The extra virgin olive oil base is extracted from a blend of European olives, cultivated in Spain, Greece, Italy, and Portugal, harvested between November and December. Casa Rinaldi chose to use an extra virgin olive oil base because it is capable of perfectly highlighting the organoleptic characteristics of many ingredients.
