The sous vide pork wings from FOOD & GLORY are slowly cooked for 6 hours at a constant temperature of approximately 80 °C. The sous vide method ensures juicy and tender meat, preserving nutrients and offering an exceptional culinary experience.
Seasoned and vacuum-packed, the wings are ready to be served quickly and easily.
Use
Convection oven: Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Place the product in a heat-resistant dish and cook for 8–14 minutes.
Grill: Cook the wings on a hot grill for 8–14 minutes.
Pan: Fry the wings in a pan with hot oil for 8–14 minutes.

Do not consume the product if the vacuum-sealed bag is damaged.
