Brutaria Bardar croissants are made following an artisanal recipe, combining tradition with modern technology to offer a superior quality product, with an authentic taste and a tender texture.
Preparation instructions:
Place the croissants on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let them thaw for 20–30 minutes at room temperature. Bake in a preheated oven at 200–220°C for 15–17 minutes, until golden.
Storage instructions:
Store at –18°C. The product should only be consumed after complete thermal preparation. Do not refreeze after thawing.
