INDICATIONS
- Constipation, bloating, abdominal pain;
- Cannot be used as a sole source of nutrition;
AGE RECOMMENDATION
- Children over 3 years old, adults, pregnant or breastfeeding women;
- Can also be consumed by people suffering from diabetes;
ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION
- Transitioning to a fiber-rich diet cannot be done abruptly, but gradually over a certain period of time. Also, the results of fiber intake can be observed after 2-3 days of consumption;
- It is recommended to administer OptiFibre gradually, starting with 1 scoop per day (or ½ for children under 11 years old). If necessary, gradually increase consumption by one scoop every 3 days, without exceeding the maximum recommended daily dose of 5 scoops per day;
- Once intestinal activity has regulated, do not increase the number of scoops per day. It is recommended to use for at least 3 weeks. The product can be administered long-term without adverse effects;
- OptiFibre dissolves completely in both cold and warm liquids (drinks, soups, sauces) or in soft foods (yogurt, mashed potatoes, apple puree), without affecting their consistency and taste;

- Mix and wait for the powder to dissolve completely. Carbonated drinks are not indicated for product administration. Do not administer parenterally. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition;
