The “Product Complaint” button is available for a period of 72 hours from delivery in your account under the “Order History” section.
Briefly describe the issue you encountered with one or more products from your order or, even simpler, send us a picture of the defect you noticed and within seconds you will receive the equivalent value in credits. If you need support, you can contact us for free through your preferred method.

Credits represent the official Sezamo currency with which you can obtain discounts on the order value. 1 credit = 1 RON and you can see the total in your account.
To use them, simply check the field “Apply credits”, which you will find in the last window before placing the order, under the payment method field. The discount will be automatically applied with the available credits. These have a specific validity date, usually 6 months, according to Terms and Conditions or 14 days for compensation related to delivery delays.
