The ordering process for the tree takes place in a few simple steps:
Placing the Order:
We have a flexible option for placing Christmas tree orders at Sezamo! You can choose to place a separate order for the Christmas tree or add the tree to your existing order, along with the Sezamo products you desire. This flexibility gives you full control over how you prepare for the holidays and allows you to save time and effort.
Separate delivery for the Christmas tree:
To ensure that the Christmas tree arrives in perfect condition at your door, we need extra time for the preparation and delivery of the tree. Delivery is made at the earliest the day after placing the order. This additional time is dedicated to ensuring that each tree is carefully prepared and arrives at its destination in the best condition. Before delivery, we will contact you by phone to arrange the exact delivery time of the tree together.
Payment Methods:
You have several options for making the payment. It can be done online with a card at the time of placing the order or through other payment methods: cash, card to the courier. In the case of mixed orders (food products and Christmas tree), the order value is paid upon delivery of the food products, and the Christmas tree is delivered later. For orders containing only a Christmas tree, the option to pay with a card to the courier using a POS, and cash is also available.
Return Policy:
For orders that include Christmas trees, the option to return or replace the tree is not available. This helps us maintain an efficient delivery process and ensure that each tree is delivered to high-quality standards.
Any complaints or questions regarding Christmas trees can be submitted through our Customer Relations department. Our dedicated team will assist you with answers and solutions to any concerns or issues.
