The Story of One Beer Later

We invite you to discover the story of a craft beer, produced in Buzău, with water from Buzău, from Romanian malt, made by a team half French, half Romanian, united like water, malt, and hops by a common passion for good beer. 

The idea started with François, a French beer producer with over 20 years of experience. He inherited his passion from his family, passed down from father to son from his great-grandfather, a Belgian brewer settled in France.

The continuation came from Ionuț, François's business partner, who, after tasting the beer produced by him, realized that it was not a beer to be kept just for the two of them.

Six days after testing the idea, the company was created. François moved to Romania with the determination to have his own craft beer factory, along with all the necessary equipment.

In six months, the team formed after an Enduro competition went beyond the common passion for beer and laid the foundations for a factory ready to produce a 100% Romanian beer.
