Description
Paulaner Weissbier Non-Alcoholic is an unfiltered beer produced in the same style as the other weiss beers in the Paulaner range. It is the first non-alcoholic weiss beer, launched in 1986. It is produced from the finest wheat malt, which gives it a refreshing taste typical of Paulaner beer. The careful extraction of alcohol takes place after the traditional brewing process is complete. It is a beer that contains many microelements, minerals and vitamins, with a high isotonic effect. It has a cloudy orange colour, just like a weiss beer. The head is surprising, 3 and a half fingers high, pure white and long-lasting, which is unusual for non-alcoholic beers. It has a heavy body, with notes of bread and biscuits, with a slight aroma of yeast, citrus and bananas, as well as chewing gum.
