We first created this craft beer in 2016 to celebrate the return to the Romanian sky after 80 years of the bearded vulture that inspired us. For the Adonis vulture, photographed by the Romanian Ornithological Society, we released this limited edition pale ale, and now it has become a staple beer in the Zaganu portfolio. Adonis Pale Ale has an intense taste, a moderate bitterness, citrus notes and tropical fruits given by the 2 hops, a European hop (Mandarina Bavaria) and an American hop (Citra).
