The idea for this business was born from the desire to bring to life a new, modern, premium concept of butchery and charcuterie, through which we aim to be different, starting from the appearance of the shops to new meat cuts, ready-to-cook, ready-to-eat recipes, matured products, as well as traditional products like 'mici' (grilled minced meat rolls), sausages, and 'pastrama' (cured meat). Our goal is to cover the needs of as many Horeca restaurants and their gourmets as possible.
Thus, we carefully prepare fresh products with Romanian meat. 90% of our products come from carcasses, which makes our products very fresh.
