Preparation method:

Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a large pot and add the pasta when the water is boiling. For an al dente texture, boil the pasta for 7 min. or continue up to 9 min. if you prefer them softer.

You can use Republica BIO pasta with sauces, in salads, in soups, or as side dishes.
