Cosmin ECO Whole Clove Spices

Cloves, with their intense aroma and hot-sweet taste, are used in meat and game dishes, in marinades, pickles, traditional stews, or in combination with sweet-sour fruits.

Having a very intense aroma, cloves must be dosed carefully, according to taste.

Ingredients: whole cloves*. May contain traces of: celery, mustard, sesame.
