Dr. Oetker Gelatine Sheets

Dr. Oetker's gelatine sheets are an animal-based product with various uses and can be used as a setting agent for jellies, aspic or cake creams.

The gelatine sheets are soaked in cold water for 5 minutes - in hot preparations they dissolve directly, and in cold preparations they dissolve beforehand.

One packet contains 6 gelatine sheets and corresponds to a packet of Dr. Oetker's powdered gelatine.
