Use
12 sheets (20 g) are sufficient for up to 1 litre of liquid. Soak the sheets individually in cold water for about 5 minutes, then gently squeeze out. For cold dishes: dissolve the gelatine by warming it gently, then gradually add the cold mixture to the gelatine. For hot dishes: add the soaked sheets and stir until dissolved.
