Romanian Spinach Bag

Fresh spinach leaves will pleasantly surprise you with their slightly bitter taste.

Usage:

Spinach leaves are free of all impurities from the field, but we recommend rinsing them in water before use. The leaves are ideal for preparing homemade spinach, as a garnish for meat, fresh juices or salads.

Tip: Prepare a delicious spinach soup, following a very easy recipe.

Add a pack of fresh spinach to the water. Salt everything and bring the soup base to a boil. Fry the golden onion and prepare a plate. Thicken the spinach soup. Finally, mix the eggs, crushed garlic cloves, sour cream and boil.

Serve the soup with fresh pastries.

Storage:

Place the washed and dried spinach in a clean plastic box or a glass bowl. First, spread a few damp paper towels on the bottom of it. Then cover the spinach again with a layer of damp cloths. Do not close the box or cover it with foil, the spinach must breathe.
