Origini Iaurt de baut de capra

Handcrafted from whole, unpasteurized goat's milk at Ferma lui Tane, following our own recipe. Through natural acidification of the milk, we obtain a more liquid consistency, making it a yogurt easy to consume directly from the bottle wherever you are. Like all our yogurts, to preserve the nutritional properties of the milk, we use glass containers.

About the producer

Ferma lui Tane is located at the foothills of the Carpathians, far from industrial areas, where animals grow as close as possible to the way nature intended them to live. The animals have large spaces, with natural pastures and arranged lakes, precisely to ensure a natural habitat. Also here, dairy products, meat preparations, and pantry items are handcrafted with great care and passion.

The dairy is the space where fresh milk is brought and prepared through 100% manual processes. It begins with slow heating up to a maximum of 70 degrees and cooling it down to the appropriate temperature for the specialty being made. It is recommended that products be consumed as fresh as possible and contain as many natural nutrients as possible. Ferma lui Tane ensures high-quality dairy products, which is why they do not contain powdered milk, vegetable protein, or other ingredients that would improve the product's appearance, texture, shelf life, or profitability. The most beneficial products for nutrition are those that have undergone minimum technological modifications, minimum ingredients in addition to the basic raw material, and are consumed in the shortest possible time after production.
