These Polish brown grill mushrooms come in a 500 g portion and are perfect for your barbecue. Compared to classic white mushrooms, they have a richer, more rustic taste, a distinctive aroma, and contain less water, keeping their shape beautifully. There is no need to peel them, as the skin holds the most flavor. Store them in the fridge at 2-4 °C.

Brown mushrooms differ from the classic white not only in color, but also in a more rustic taste and the fact that they contain less water. Unlike white mushrooms, brown mushrooms are not as grown, have a higher content of dry matter and retain a distinctive taste and aroma.
We never clean cultivated mushrooms. Not only is it completely unnecessary, because there are no harmful substances on their surface, but the skins contain the most flavoring substances that we would miss if we peeled our hats.
