White Champignon Mushrooms
Tasty white mushrooms, ready to be used in the kitchen.
Both fresh wild and cultivated mushrooms should have a firm consistency, be well cleaned, without foreign matter and impurities. Mushrooms should not be wilted, moldy or excessively moist. It is not recommended to peel the caps, but only the stems.
Damaged mushrooms are those that are missing more than a quarter of their cap or have pests. The damaged part of the mushrooms should not be larger than 10% and not in more than 3 places, and the percentage of damage should not be more than 5%.
Use
Champignon mushrooms are excellent in sauces, soups or in meat dishes.
Our tip: Cook the mushrooms with their stems.
Storage
Store in the refrigerator at 0-5°C.
