Verace ‘Nduja Salsicce Pizza is a spicy pizza with a rich topping of high-quality ingredients: buffalo milk mozzarella, smoked salami and ‘Nduja spreadable sausage. ‘Nduja is a spicy spreadable sausage, completely different from the usual cold cuts, having a texture and consistency that is more velvety, similar to that of pâté. It originates from the Calabria region of Italy, is prepared with pork and tasty chilli peppers and is naturally dried. The dough is left to rise for 24 hours to have an airy texture with large open pores in the ciabatta style. The centre of the pizza is thin and crispy while the edge is high and fluffy. Suitable for 2 servings.

Preparation recommendation
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Remove the foil and place the frozen pizza in the centre of the oven, on the grill and leave it to bake for approx. 11 - 14 minutes. The pizza is ready to serve if the cheese has melted well and the edge is brown and crispy. Heat completely before consuming. Due to the different thermal efficiency of household ovens, the optimum baking time may vary.
If the pizza is already defrosted, reduce the baking time.
