Edenia Pizza Calabrese Salami has a thinner and crispier crust than a thin-crust pizza and is baked on a stone hearth.
This pizza is also unique because of its rectangular shape, which can be cut into small slices to be served as an appetizer.
It has a refined and unique taste, perfect for meat lovers, thanks to the Calabrese salami, Pepperoni salami and pork ham, which are accompanied by marinated sun-dried tomatoes, plum puree, pineapple juice and smoked paprika.

Baked on a stone hearth, Edenia pizza has a rustic-looking, thin and crispy crust, topped with a rich layer of varied toppings, made from high-quality ingredients. The fresh tomato sauce is applied directly to the crust, before baking, to intensify its taste and appetizing aroma.
Edenia pizza does not contain: colorings, flavor enhancers or artificial flavors.
Cooking instructions:
Preheat the oven: electric to 225 °C, gas to level 4-5, and fan-assisted to 200 °C. Remove the foil and place the frozen Edenia pizza in the center of the oven, on the grill, and let it bake for 12-14 minutes.
The pizza is ready to serve if the cheese has melted well and the edge is brown and crispy.
If the pizza has defrosted slightly during transport, we recommend reducing the baking time.
