Mirdatod Ibanesti Butter.
Butter made from fermented sour cream matured from cow's milk. Paradoxically, butter did not appear as a result of a process studied at length by enlightened minds or prepared by skilled hands after dozens of attempts.
Butter appeared about 2,000 years ago, somewhere in the Middle East, by chance.
At that time, milk was kept in leather bags and hung from beams in clusters of 2-3 pieces.
Left in the wind, they kept hitting each other until the poor people found a thick paste in the bags, with a strong taste and a structure completely different from anything they had ever seen before.
Then, for hundreds of years, butter was obtained manually, by "beating" the cream in wooden vessels.
Ours, Ibanesti Butter, is not "fooled" in any way and we take it out at 82% fat.
And so we leave it because butter is butter - either you grease your fingers when it drips from a piece of warm bread, or you better give up the idea of butter and turn to something else.
Storage conditions
