Product obtained from raw cow's milk, by scalding the Basque curd and smoking it. Our smoked cheese rolls are a special assortment.
The producer has chosen to enrich the taste of Ibanesti cheese by putting it in two rolls, one with pepper and the other with paprika.
It turned out to be a poem of taste.
