Followfood ECO Pizza Verdura brings a vegan Mediterranean experience: a crispy organic spelt base, aromatic grilled Italian vegetables, and organic broccoli. Traditionally baked in a wood-fired oven, for an unmistakable taste.
The tomato sauce is made from tomatoes ripened under the warm sun of Southern Italy (Emilia-Romagna), without added sugar. To preserve its authentic character, the pizza is made without cheese (and without cheese substitute) — just clean and balanced ingredients. In its production in Northern Italy, followfood uses renewable energy, aims to reduce CO2 emissions, and the water used comes from the Dolomites. Serve it simply, straight from the oven, or complement it with a rocket and lemon salad.
Preparation
Preheat the oven thoroughly; meanwhile, let the pizza thaw. After approximately 10 minutes, remove the packaging and bake the pizza on the middle rack of the oven until desired browning and crispiness:
200°C (top-bottom heat) / 180°C (fan-assisted), approximately 12–14 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on the appliance.
